What should I look for in a bridal consultant?

Look for the Association of Bridal Consultants logo.  Each ABC member agrees to uphold the ABC Code of Ethics and Standards of Membership.  Also ask about their training and any additional education that they may have.

Most importantly, look for a bridal consultant you are comfortable with and that will listen.  Paying attention to your needs is key to your success.  Also having a consultant who is creative and resourceful, will help bring your dreams to reality.  They should be willing to do the research to find you the most unique items to make your day special.
